About Personal Chef Kevin Gay:
Chef Kevin has spent many years in the restaurant business doing everything from dish washing (by hand) to owning and operating several restaurants in Rhode Island solely and in partnership with his family. Many recipes used today were gleaned from the hours of cooking and baking with his parents and sister. With visions of big dollars he left the hospitality industry and joined the computer world. Missing his passion for cooking, and having had no professional training, he began taking culinary courses finally graduating in May 2007, from the United States Professional Culinary Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. Today he and his partner, Allan Cook run MoonShadow Concierge out of Old Fort, NC.

Home Specialist Allan hails from Greenford, Ohio where in the 80's a change in the economy called for a change in careers. He began experimenting in the details of historic home renovations then on to the staging of homes in the real estate market. Allan's keen ability to ensure that things are done just right lead him a position as head houseman for The Trumps in both Palm Beach, Fl and Greenwich, CT. Allan has also been responsible for the overview of maintenance and cleaning of several other well know homes in Palm Beach, FL. He now brings his experience and expertise to your home by teaming with Chef Kevin and Canine Consultant Buddy the Keeshond to operate MoonShadow Concierge.
